Coordination of different service providers, monitoring of assembly and compliance with the theme. The problem during the production of this event was respecting a “tight” schedule because we had to transform and arrange the space in a few hours.

Development of lounge areas in a seated dining version and a central bar, in order to optimize and energize the space.

Creation of a personalized scenography and video mapping on all the walls of the reception room.
