Setting the theme, animations and visual communication of the event through the selection of accessories, furniture and decoration.
Coordination among providers, followed by the assembly and respect for the theme. The challenge during the production of this event was the fulfillment of a “tight” timing because we had to transform and develop the area within hours.
Set-up the lounge spaces in a a seated dining style with a central bar, in order to optimize and energize the space.
Production of a custom set design and video mapping on all the walls of the reception room.
